At String Craft, every product is handmade and customized specially for you with care and creativity.❤️

Because our products are personalized and totally handmade, we follow a limited Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.

Advance customization charges are non-refundable.
Prepaid orders are also non-refundable.
Customers are requested to carefully check all customization details before confirming the order.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

We carefully pack every order, but if your product arrives damaged, we will happily provide a replacement.

Exchange Conditions:
Exchange is applicable only for damaged products received during delivery.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
the sealed package,
the opening process,
and the damaged product.
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Without an unboxing video, exchange requests cannot be accepted.

3. How to Request an Exchange

4. Important Note

As our products are handmade and customized, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
