Welcome to String Craft. By using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Our Products

String Craft offers totally customized and handmade products created with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Since every product is handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, or finishing may occur.

2. Order Process

To confirm an order, customers are required to pay 20% advance payment at the time of placing the order.

After receiving the advance payment, our customisation team carefully reviews the customer's uploaded photo and creates a preview image/mockup. This preview helps the customer understand how the final portrait or customised product will look after completion.

Once the preview is approved, our team starts the customization process.

After the product is fully customized and ready, we share final product photos/videos with the customer. The remaining payment must then be completed before dispatch.

This process helps us maintain quality, personalization accuracy, and safe delivery through trusted courier partners so that your product reaches you securely and in perfect condition.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We usually require 2–3 working days to customize and prepare the product.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 5–6 working days depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

If you need urgent delivery, fast shipping service is also available with additional charges.

Please note that delivery timelines may sometimes vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unexpected situations beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products

As most products are personalised and handmade, returns or cancellations may not be applicable once customization work has started.

However, if a product gets damaged during shipping, we will remake and resend the product to the customer without any extra charges.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide correct customization details, delivery address, and contact information while placing the order.

String Craft will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, logos, content, and creative materials available on this website belong to String Craft and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

7. Website Usage

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt fraudulent activities, or interfere with the functionality and security of the website.
